   • "Company," "We," "I," "Our," or "Us" means Soulfire Wellness LLC.

   • "Participation," "Participating," "Using," or "Use" means engaging in, reading, implementing, trying, or otherwise interacting with the offerings.

   • "Offerings" means online programs, services, trainings, and other digital content offered through our website.

   • "You" or "Your" means the purchaser and person using the offering.

2. Consent: By participating in any offering, you implicitly and voluntarily agree to act in accordance with, agree to, and abide by these Terms of Use.

3. Refund Policy:

   • NO REFUNDS:

   • NO CHARGEBACKS:
     You agree not to issue or threaten any chargebacks related to your purchase of an offering. In the event of a chargeback, the Company reserves the right to report it to the credit bureaus as a delinquent account.

4. Payment and Purchase Terms:

   • When you pay for an offering by credit card, you authorize Soulfire Wellness LLC to charge your credit or debit card for the amount owed. Payments may be processed by third-party merchants (WIX Payments, PayPal, or Stripe) with different privacy policies or security practices. Soulfire Wellness LLC is not responsible for their policies or practices.

   • Payment Plan Terms / Failed Payment Procedures:
     If you choose a payment plan option at checkout, you authorize Soulfire Wellness LLC to charge your credit card automatically for each installment. ALL payments under the plan are owed in full, and no refunds or pauses will be granted. In case of a failed payment, you’ll have a 7-day grace period to update your information.

   • Failed Payments / Re-charge Procedures:
     In the event of a failed payment, your card will be recharged. Please ensure your card is up to date to avoid losing access to your offerings.

5. Entire Agreement: These Terms of Use contain the entire agreement between you and the Company. By purchasing or participating in any offering, you agree to all terms outlined here.

All digital content provided by Soulfire Wellness LLC, including but not limited to courses, programs, materials, videos, audio files, images, PDFs, and other media, is the intellectual property of Soulfire Wellness LLC and is protected by copyright laws. This content is provided solely for personal, non-commercial use by the client or user who has purchased or been granted access.

Ownership
All digital content is owned by Soulfire Wellness LLC. No ownership rights are transferred to the user upon purchase or access.

No Distribution or Sharing
Users are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, transmitting, publicly displaying, reproducing, modifying, or otherwise sharing any content from Soulfire Wellness LLC without prior written consent. This includes sharing in any form, such as on social media, websites, forums, or via direct messaging.

Digital content is intended for personal use only. Users may not resell, license, or redistribute any part of the content for commercial purposes.

Access and Usage
Access to digital content is granted solely to the individual who purchased or was granted access. Sharing login information or content with others is prohibited.
